Registration Fees and Benefits

Each accepted paper must be covered by at least one author registration by 27 January 2025, and one author registration can cover up to four papers, if the registrant is an author of all four papers.
Please note: As described in the submission guidelines, ICASSP 2025 requires that all papers, tutorials, etc. are presented in-person during the conference. Virtual presentation of papers or tutorials is not allowed.
Authors who will not be allowed to travel abroad by strict national rules in force at the time of the conference will be given an opportunity to present their accepted work by a designated proxy, if possible.

REGISTRATION BENEFITS
Author Full Conference	Access to all technical sessions, welcome reception, coffee breaks, exhibits, co-located workshops, and access to the electronic proceedings. Registration may cover up to four papers (main conference and workshops combined) in which the registrant appears in the author list. All papers must be presented in-person. Highly subsidized banquet ticket and tutorial admission. Please note that PROGRESS workshop and membership event registrations include an additional cost.
Non-Author Full Conference	Access to all technical sessions, welcome reception, coffee breaks, exhibits, co-located workshops, and access to the electronic proceedings. Highly subsidized banquet ticket and tutorial admission. Please note that PROGRESS workshop and membership event registrations include an additional cost.
Workshops	Access to all workshops only on the selected day, including breaks, and access to the workshop electronic proceedings. To attend workshops for multiple days, you need to register for each day separately. Please note: if you registered for the conference, free access to workshops is included. Main conference author registration is required to cover workshop papers (up to 4 total, including main conference and workshop ones).
Short Courses	Cost is per course. Registration to the main conference is not required to attend short courses.
Tutorials	Charged on a per-tutorial basis, access will include one single tutorial, including breaks and materials.
SP Cup	Support SPS Students and watch the final three teams compete for the grand prize in the 2025 SP Cup competition! Note: This registration is only to attend the event, not to compete. Competition details can be found on the SP Cup page.

With a nominal additional registration fee, the attendees will join many exciting sessions: keynote, panel, startup twist-and-turn stories and pitch contest.

Host an IEEE Signal Processing Society Workshop	Join us for an engaging learning session designed to provide everything you need to know about proposing, planning, and organizing an SPS Workshop. Registration is free; however, space is limited!
PROGRESS Workshop	The PROGRESS Initiative by the IEEE Signal Processing Society aims to foster diversity and inclusivity within the signal processing domain, especially by encouraging and aiding women and underrepresented minorities in pursuing academic paths in this field. Acknowledging the strides made in diversifying STEM student populations, the Initiative also acknowledges the ongoing deficiency in diversity among professors and academic leaders in these disciplines.
