Who can avail the shuttle service during ICASSP 2025?

  • This shuttle service is organised by ICASSP 2025 organising committee free of cost for all attendees for the routes mentioned below.

Is a prior booking is required to avail this service

  • No prior booking is required to use these shuttles. You can show your badge or registration confirmation (if the badge is not collected till then) to the conference staff in the bus and board the bus.

How to identify the bus running for ICASSP 2025?

  • The buses will have ICASSP 2025 poster on the front, back and side windows.

Can conference attendees board different shuttles to explore the area?

  • Yes, they can, provided they have a valid badge/ confirmation, as mentioned above.

Will the buses stop anywhere other than the bus-stops mentioned in the various routes?

  • Kindly approach the staff member in the bus. They will surely assist you provided there is place for the vehicle to stop for you to deboard.

Which dates will the shuttles run:

  • Shuttles will run as round robin from 07 – 11 April, 2025.

When will be the last shuttle from the venue:

  • 07 April, 2025: 930 PM (after Welcome Dinner from HICC)
  • 08 April, 2025: 830 PM (from HICC)
  • 09 April, 2025: 1030 PM (from Banquet venue – HITEX)
  • 10 April, 2025: 830 PM (from HICC)
  • 11 April, 2025: 500 PM (from HICC)

Shuttle Routes

(Timings mentioned below are as per India Standard Time – IST)

Route 1:

Ibis Hi-tech City – Hotel Avasa – Novotel & HICC (venue) – Hotel Avasa – Ibis Hi-tech City
Timings: The first shuttle will start at 730 AM (IST). Shuttle will be available every 30 – 45 mins, depending on the traffic conditions.

Route 2:

Trident – Lemon Tree – Red Fox – Novotel & HICC (venue) – Lemon Tree – Red Fox – Trident
Timings: The first shuttle will start at 730 AM (IST). Shuttle will be available every 30 – 45 mins, depending on the traffic conditions.

Route 3:

Westin – Minerva Grand – Novotel & HICC (venue) – Minerva Grand – Westin
Timings: The first shuttle will start at 730 AM (IST). Shuttle will be available every 30 – 45 mins, depending on the traffic conditions.

Route 4:

Sheraton – Oakwood Residence – Novotel & HICC (venue) – Oakwood Residence – Sheraton
Timings: The first shuttle will start at 730 AM (IST). Shuttle will be available every 30 – 45 mins, depending on the traffic conditions.

Route 5:

Radisson Hitech City – Le Meridien – Marriott Executive Apartments – Novotel & HICC (venue) – At Home Apartments – Radisson Hitech City – Le Meridien – Marriott Executive Apartments
Timings: The first shuttle will start at 730 AM (IST). Shuttle will be available every 30 – 45 mins, depending on the traffic conditions.

Route 6:

Hyatt Gachibowli – Novotel & HICC (venue) – Hyatt Gachibowli
Timings: The first shuttle will start at 730 AM (IST). Shuttle will be available every 1 hour, depending on the traffic conditions.

Route 7:

Fairfield by Marriott –  At Home Apartments – Novotel & HICC (venue) – At Home Apartments – Fairfield by Marriott
Timings: The first shuttle will start at 730 AM (IST). Shuttle will be available every 1 hour, depending on the traffic conditions.

Route 8:

Ella Hotel – Novotel & HICC (venue) – Ella Hotel
Timings: The first shuttle will start at 730 AM (IST). Shuttle will be available every 45 mins – 1 hour, depending on the traffic conditions.

Route 9:

ITC Kohinur – Novotel & HICC (venue) – ITC Kohinur
Timings: The first shuttle will start at 730 AM (IST). Shuttle will be available every 45 mins – 1 hour, depending on the traffic conditions.

Route 10:

Holiday Inn Express – Novotel & HICC (venue) – Holiday Inn Express
Timings: The first shuttle will start at 730 AM (IST). Shuttle will be available every 30 – 45 mins, depending on the traffic conditions.
